Comments are now editable

You should now be able to edit your comments for half an hour after submission. I had a bit of trouble getting it working alongside the comment subscriptions, but I think I’ve got it sorted now. It all worked in my tests anyway.

Let me know if you have any trouble with commenting, or not being notified with your subscriptions.
